Other than Lavin, I don't think there is another label that has me gasping non-stop "I want this, I want this". Elie Saab is an exception.
Never was I a fan of glitters and sequins. In fact, I hated it. But now, I'm a convert. What used to be girlish fetish to me now becomes a womanly desire. Elie Saab Fall-Winter 2012 Haute Couture collection is amazing. It is a celebration of women's body. Yes, the models look stunning as expected, however I am sure his designs will make any woman beautiful.
Dramatism in this collection is not via crazy colours or outrageous silhouette but through his intricate designs and skillful craftsmanship.
Be it the neat, heavily-sequinned dresses or the sexy, flowy gowns-- all are head-turning. I love them.
